At Hospitality Services India (HSI), our professional consulting, talent search, training programs, and outsourced HR services are delivered under transparent business practices. This policy outlines terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and replacements.
1. Fractional HR & Retainer Services
Monthly Fractional HR advisory and complete HR department outsourcing contracts are subject to mutually agreed notice periods:
- Retainer services can be discontinued by either party providing 30 days prior written notice as stipulated in the contract.
- Retainer fees paid for ongoing monthly service cycles are non-refundable once the billing month has commenced.
- Pro-rata adjustments, if applicable, are governed strictly by the client-specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
2. Recruitment & Executive Search
For executive search and property staffing mandates:
- Success-fee milestones invoiced upon successful candidate joining are non-refundable.
- Free Replacement Warranty: In the event a placed candidate leaves or is separated within the contractually agreed probation window (typically 30–90 days), HSI provides a free replacement candidate of equivalent caliber.
- Retainer search advances cover extensive sourcing, market mapping, and interview logistics, and are non-refundable once search campaigns launch.
3. Hospitality Training Workshops
For custom on-site and virtual training sessions:
- Cancellations requested in writing at least 7 business days prior to scheduled workshop dates receive a 100% credit or rescheduling adjustment.
- Cancellations within 3 business days may incur venue/travel expense deductions as agreed in the training confirmation sheet.
