Welcome to Hospitality Services India (HSI). By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our consulting and recruitment services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

HSI provides specialized human resource consulting exclusively for the hospitality segment, including:

  • Fractional HR advisory and organizational development
  • Turnkey HR department outsourcing (Hiring to Full & Final settlement)
  • Executive search, pre-opening staffing, and frontline recruitment for hotels, QSRs, resorts, and restaurants
  • Specialized hospitality service, culinary, and management training workshops
  • Statutory payroll administration and labor compliance advisory
  • Workplace culture consulting (Great Place to Work / Incredible Workplaces)

2. Client Engagements & Proposals

All consulting mandates and recruitment agreements are governed by formal service level agreements (SLAs) specifying deliverables, commercial fee structures, invoicing milestones, and replacement terms.

  • Commercial proposals are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
  • Invoices are subject to applicable GST in accordance with Government of India regulations.
  • Timelines for pre-opening staffing depend on mutual signing of SLAs and agreed requisition profiles.

3. Candidate Verification & Warranty

HSI conducts comprehensive multi-tier interviews, communication assessments, and background screening. Final employment offers and statutory credential validations remain the ultimate prerogative of the client organization. Placement replacement guarantees are strictly administered per signed client contracts.

4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both HSI and its corporate clients agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary operational models, salary benchmarks, organizational charts, trade secrets, and candidate personal data shared during engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, training collateral, and digital code on this website are the intellectual property of Hospitality Services India. Unauthorized replication, framing, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
